A genuinely remote-first culture
Our team works remotely, across multiple countries, by design. We built the company this way because we believe it produces a more resilient, more human way to work. That same model is also the foundation for a plan we're building toward: using remote work to open full-time roles to people who are often shut out of the workplace altogether, including people with disabilities and people whose circumstances keep them close to home.
Remote-first employment, run trust and flexibility
A planned hiring path to open real roles to people with disabilities and to people for whom remote work is the realistic way into full-time employment
Investment in our people's development and wellbeing, because a team that's well looked after treats clients the same way.
Connectivity and tech are industries where women remain underrepresented, especially in technical and leadership roles. We see that as a genuine loss for the industry: teams built from different perspectives tend to solve harder problems better. We want Easterra to be a place where women build real careers in technology and leadership, and we're shaping our culture and our hiring decisions with that in mind as the company grows.
